In 1989, Al Haynes was the Captain of United Fllight 232. Captain Haynes was able to crash land the plane and 184 people survived one of the worst crashes in aviation history. Captain Haynes attributes the survival of 184 passengers and crew to five main factors: Luck, Communications, Preparation, Execution and Cooperation.
